Few tribute acts win approval from the artists they emulate, but Rule The World boasts Take That’s Gary Barlow as a fan.
These talented British performers have an uncanny resemblance to the iconic pop group, and will take to the stage at Monroe’s Live on Thursday, May 16, at 8pm.
Their seal of approval from Barlow came in the wake of their audience appearance on the Graham Norton Show. Barlow exclaimed that lead singer Dan Maines “sounds like me!” and has described them as “brilliant”.
It is recognition Rule The World wear with pride as they revive the soundtrack and nostalgia of Take That’s classics.
Rule The World has also earned top reviews from notable personalities such as Ricky Tomlinson, Denise Van Outen, and even Jason Orange's mother.
From the fun energy of 'Relight My Fire' to heartfelt ballads like 'Back for Good,' the band captures the essence of their discography with precision.
Tickets €20 and are available from www.monroes.ie
