The team at the The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (ISPCC ) Galway office were thrilled to have the Mayor of Galway City Eddie Hoare visit and learn more about the work carried out by ISPCC and its suite of Childline services. They explained the several ways that children can access Childline, ISPCC’s 24/7 listening services.

Mayor Hoare recognised that many children are struggling with anxiety and how important it is for them to have services such as Childline to support them. He also paid a heart-felt tribute to the role volunteers play in our community, their dedication and their commitment.
