From the ground up — Garry Ringrose on fuelling right for success

The National Dairy Council is delighted to continue working with Garry Ringrose as an ambassador in 2024. Like all athletes, Garry knows the important role that diet and nutrition plays in fuelling the body for success in training and on the pitch.

Manchester City’s Norwegian striker Erling Haaland made headlines revealing to his 32.8m Instagram followers that the source of his record-breaking prowess on the pitch was milk! At a time where Irish athletes are reaching new heights on the global stage, we want to explore the important contribution of Ireland’s world-class dairy produce in supporting sport stars to make an impact.
