Marian Gleeson from Zenith Hairdressing on Eyre Street has won a place as a finalist in the Irish heat of the international Visionary Hair award which will take place in Dublin on July 6. She is the only finalist from Galway and the west of Ireland chosen for this prestigious award.
The Visionary Award embraces artistic hairdressers and recognises their talent and vision.
International judges will be present to decide on the winner from the 15 Irish finalists from all over the country, and the winner of the Irish heat will get the opportunity to present his/her model on stage at the Royal Albert Hall in London in October to a 6000 capacity audience.
Ms Gleeson already did Galway proud earlier this year by becoming the west’s second ever L’oreal ID artist, joining the ranks of salon owner Paul Griffin, continuing the meteoric success of the creative team on Eyre St. Marion is available by appointment on 091533680.”
