VERSONO’s mission is to transform the endovascular treatment of complex total occlusions and it is focused on commercialising its new technology platform for endovascular surgery that will focus initially on patients with Critical Limb Threatening Ischemia (CLTI ), the most severe and advanced clinical manifestation of Peripheral Arterial Disease PAD.
Versono’s mission is to enable endovascular treatment of Complex Total Occlusions, complete blockages of arteries, in order to alleviate pain, save limbs, and save lives. Addressing poor patient outcomes,high amputation and high mortality rates associated with CLTI is enormously challenging for patients, their families, physicians and healthcare systems globally.
VERSONO’s technology targets severe occlusions in CLTI patients, which presents one of the most challenging unmet needs in peripheral endovascular surgery. VERSONO’s Technology is designed to allow endovascular revascularisation by enabling therapeutic interventions to be used in severely diseased vessels.
