Exciting new menu launched at The Ardilaun Bistro

The Ardilaun Bistro, as part of The Ardilaun Hotel – a well known and much loved Galway hotel - has just introduced a new seasonal menu to service locals and visitors to Galway. The popular family run hotel - known for its personable service and Irish hospitality, and its stunning location and grounds, with free parking - is the perfect stop for eating out and meeting up with colleagues, family and friends, with cosy, warm atmosphere during these winter days.

Set on leafy Taylor’s Hill in Galway city, The Ardilaun Hotel is one of Galway’s longest standing hotels and has been serving some of the finest food in the city for the past 62 years.

The Ardilaun Bistro is perfect for all occasions, from casual dining to special celebrations including Valentine’s, with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere from day to night, and is also child friendly. Hot food is served from the all–day menu from 12 noon to 9pm. The Ardilaun kitchen team offer seasonal specials which change daily to make the most of the freshest produce; these include delicious fish and roasts of the day, power salads, soups and signature sandwiches. The Ardilaun kitchen also offer sumptuous afternoon tea available daily from 2pm to 4.30pm.

The Ardilaun will also host a themed evening for the Ireland V France rubgy match on Friday, February 2.

The Ardilaun is always a good choice for watching the rugby international games with large screens and a good pint, so get into match pitch fever and enjoy the Bistro special menu for the evening. Choose from French onion versus leek and potato soup for starter, followed by Irish stew versus beef bourguignon, or bacon and cabbage versus confit pork belly served with champ mash, carrot puree, broccoli, and petit pois Francais for main. For dessert, options may include Irish apple crumble versus French profiteroles.
