Summer auctions set to brighten the market

Galway city based agent Property Partners Maxwell & Heaslip is preparing for the second of the summer auctions tomorrow in the Imperial Hotel in Eyre Square. Four more properties are expected to fall under the hammer in what is expected to be a busy afternoon for the local agents.

The second of the summer auctions will see four completely different properties go under the hammer in what director James Heaslip promises to be a hectic afternoon.

The first property to go under the hammer offers a wonderful chance to acquire a bungalow residence in a secluded, picturesque, location just a short distance from Galway city and all its amenities. Cloonmore, Roscahill, is just a short drive from Moycullen village which has grown in recent times to include some of the finest shops, restaurants, and facilities.
