THE SAW Doctors are playing a one off Galway concert in the Warwick Hotel, Salthill, on Friday July 24 to promote the summer release of their new single ‘She Loves Me’.
The Docs are currently recording their seventh studio album in Rockfield Studios in Wales. The new single, ‘She Loves Me’, will be released through Shamtown Records on CD and download on Friday July 10. It was produced by Philip Tennant, with a string arrangement by Tim Lewis and Davy Carton. The bonus tracks on the ‘She Loves Me’ single include another new song, ‘Lucky Boy’, and a cover of the Blaze X single ‘Some Hope’.
The Galway concert on July 24 is sandwiched in between a number of high profile festival appearances by The Docs including a main stage appearance at Oxegen in Punchestown Racecourse on Saturday July 11, a headlining appearance at the Cambridge Folk Festival, and a sell out concert at the 2,000 capacity Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis MA on August 15.
Tickets for the Warwick Hotel concert are €25 including booking fee from Zhivago Records and all Ticketmaster outlets.
