Following on from its success last winter, Éan restaurant presents a wine appreciation course starting January 2024. Hosted by renowned Sommelier Niall Flynn, securing a spot on the course would be the perfect gift for the wine lover in your life. The course's evening sessions promise to demystify the world of wine, guiding participants through the basics of food and wine pairing, wine tasting techniques. Niall's expertise is in organic, biodynamic, and natural wines from small family-run vineyards ensuring an enriching experience.
As the festive season approaches, Éan also presents a Christmas wine tasting. Enrich your Christmas feast with a curated selection of wines, Éan's resident sommelier will take you through a selection of amazing wines to have over the Christmas season. You will have the opportunity to taste each wine and a selection of paired snacks.
Éan Luath, the early bird menu running during November has been extended for another two weeks into the middle of December available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. €39 Per person, an ideal introduction to Éan.
