Collins McNicholas, the national recruitment agency, is integrating its Galway and Sligo offices to streamline its operations and offer an enhanced regional service in the West and North West.
Collins McNicholas will maintain its offices in both Galway and Sligo, acting as a hub for team collaboration and innovation across the region.
The new arrangement will see Galway manager Christopher O’Toole assume the new role of Senior Manager for the West and North West region, which covers Galway, Mayo, Sligo, Roscommon, Leitrim and Donegal.
Christopher O’Toole, a Galway native and graduate of University of Galway has spent almost a decade with Collins McNicholas since joining the company as a recruitment consultant and will now lead this exciting transition.
The move comes after the company experienced sustained growth over the last three years and found that the hybrid model it adopted during and after the pandemic allowed greater flexibility and work-life balance for its team, whilst also improving productivity.
Founded in 1990, with a team of 60 professionals nationwide, Collins McNicholas has a proven track record in delivering a comprehensive range of recruitment, outplacement and assessment services tailored to meet the unique needs of its customers.
Christopher O’Toole said this collaborative approach has been prompted by our hybrid policy, which has resulted in our team being based all over Connacht.
“This integration will allow us to give more specialist recruitment services to all our clients across the West and North West of Ireland,” he said.
