Toyota Ireland has revealed that the first supply of the all-new C-HR Hybrid Electric will arrive in January 2024, with prices starting from €40,520.
The Japanese carmaker claims that the new-generation C-HR represents an evolution for Toyota in both innovation and design. It adds that the standout statement car combines a bold new style, sustainable features and with Toyota’s latest fifth generation technology which it boasts, delivers a class-leading balance of increased power and low emissions.
The exterior showcases precision-cut lines, a new bi-tone paint and design, and flush door handles, which Toyota describes as representing a new clean, sculptural style. It adds that the interior features on some grades (not all ) include ambient lighting, a 12.3 inch Toyota Smart Connect multimedia package, and a new 12.3 inch fully digital combi-meter.
Toyota's new C-HR has a range of sustainable features including seat fabric made from 100 per cent recycled plastic bottles, a vegan-material steering wheel, and new paint which uses water-based instead of oil-based paint.
The brand says that the panoramic glass roof, which is available on Sport+, Sol Premiere Edition and GR Sport Premier Edition, is also 5kg lighter which helps reduce CO2 emissions.
The Toyota C-HR features five hybrid electric models, the C-HR sport, C-HR Sport+, and C-HR Sol, with two special introductory models also available - the 'Premiere Edition’ and GR Sport 'Premiere Edition'. These will be available in two powertrains: a 1.8 and 2.0-litre hybrid electric.
Toyota Ireland says that it is expecting demand for the new model to be high due to the "legacy and popularity" of the original Toyota C-HR in Ireland. It is encouraging those interested to contact their local dealerships early. Subject to terms and conditions a rate of €298 per month on Toyota Easy PCP Finance is being offered.

Toyota's 241 range availability
Elsewhere, Toyota Ireland has announced its 241 range availability, which includes the all-new Toyota C-HR and good supplies of the Corolla and Yaris ranges, as well as the hybrid electric and plug-in hybrid electric Toyota RAV4.
APRs with Toyota Easy PCP Finance start from 3.9 per cent and are available on Ireland’s largest range of electrified vehicles, from fully electric to hybrid electric and plug-in hybrid electric models, offering drivers a range of options to suit their needs and lifestyles.
Toyota claims it has the widest range of hybrid electric vehicles such as the Corolla hybrid electric range, including the Corolla Cross SUV (starting from €37,870 ), the Corolla Hatchback (starting from €33,310 ) and the Corolla Saloon (starting from, €34,060 ) alongside the ever-popular RAV4 SUV (starting from €44,920 ).
For those looking for even more electrification, Toyota’s first fully electric SUV, the bZ4X, starts from €50,075, as well as the latest edition of the Prius PHEV (from €46,530 ) with a pure electric driving range of up to 71km.
As mentioned, January 2024 will also see the new generation Toyota C-HR available for delivery, with prices starting from €40,520 and from €298 per month on Toyota Easy PCP Finance. The Toyota C-HR will be available in five grades, including Sport and Premiere Editions, and two powertrains: 1.8 and 2.0-litre hybrid electric.
Other models include the Yaris Cross and Yaris Hybrid, starting from €30,640 and €26,330 respectively.
Low monthly payment options are also available with Toyota Easy PCP finance, giving customers even more flexibility and choice. Toyota Ireland is encouraging customers who are interested in these high-demand models to contact their local dealer for more information and to avoid disappointment.
