Mum Talks is an event company and community that supports, inspires and empowers women throughout their journey of motherhood with online and in-person meet-ups, events, talks and workshops.
The next Mum Talks Galway meet up will take place on Wednesday, November 8 in the beautiful surroundings of The g Hotel.
“Mum Talks is a very special morning where mums of Galway are welcomed into a comfortable, friendly and relaxed environment," said Joanna Cluskey, Mum Talks Galway ambassador. "Mums are welcome to bring their beautiful babies — there’s lots of space for buggies — come with friends or on your own. You’re sure to meet like-minded, friendly faces all going through the same journey. On the morning you will love listening to our panel of speakers while enjoying a yummy breakfast with copious amounts of tea and coffee. We guarantee when you leave you will feel uplifted, inspired and empowered.”
There will be three guest speakers on the morning covering an array of topics all focused on the mum and the journey of motherhood. On the panel this November are Sarah Battle, lifestyle content creator, Penelope Austin, astrologist and spiritual advisor, and Sylvia Farrell, specialist pelvic health physio.
Mum Talks is designed to help mums from pregnancy, through to going back to work after maternity leave and beyond. The Mum Talks co-founders, Lucy and Kara, have fostered a strong community to help mums connect with each other, as well as hosting talks with guest speakers in areas such as the reality of motherhood, mental health for mums, fitness, beauty/fashion, babies’ development, returning to work, and starting your own business.
