It’s National Cinema Day at the EYE this Saturday September 2!

For one day only, this Saturday September 2, keep your diary free and join the National Cinema Day celebrations at the EYE Cinema. All screening will be just €4 including those in the Luxury Screen.

Organised by the Irish Film Industry as a thank-you to loyal cinema audiences and supported by Screen Ireland, National Cinema Day is a celebration of cinema and the unmatched experience of big screen entertainment enjoyed within communities.

The EYE Cinema programme for this Saturday September 2 is packed with family favourites (Elemental, Puffin Rock and the New Friends, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 ), summer blockbusters (Barbie, Oppenheimer, Mission Impossible 7 ), new releases (Sound of Freedom, The Equalizer 3, Cobweb ) but most importantly, some great Irish titles, like the award-winning Apocalypse Clown plus special advanced screenings of Ballywalter starring Patrick Kielty, and the Irish language film Tarrac.

Tickets are selling out quickly so book in advance and try to arrive 20 to 30 minutes early for the show.
