Galway Refugee Support Group is holding celebrations to mark World Refugee Day tomorrow from 2.30 to 5pm in the Aras na nGael on Dominick St.
World Refugee Day was established by the United Nations general assembly to recognise and celebrate the contribution of refugees throughout the world. The day has become an annual celebration marked by a variety of events in more than 100 countries. Each year the event has a different theme, this year the theme is real people, real needs.
