Enhance your career with executive coach training

People who wish to develop their business skills are encouraged to consider taking the professional diploma in business, executive, and personal coaching at the Coach Institute of Ireland. This advanced training programme teaches participants a wide variety of coaching skills as well as enhancing participants’ self-awareness.

The programme is widely recognised by leading professional bodies in the coaching and business field such as The Life & Business Coaching Association of Ireland, the Institute of Leadership & Management, the Psychological Society of Ireland, and Engineers Ireland.

Programme leader Evelyn Gilmore, who has a background in world class manufacturing companies, is a registered psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland, holds a master’s degree in workplace and organisational psychology, and is a qualified psychotherapist.

Ms Gilmore says the programme will particularly appeal to individuals who are self-directed, and have backgrounds in business, management, leadership, human resources, training and development, and service or helping professions.

Programme participants need to be motivated to enhance their own level of self-awareness as well as looking at how they can be more effective in their personal and professional life.

Learning on the programme is experiential and practical. Participants learn by doing and practising rather than through lectures. A considerable amount of off-course work during the year will reinforce the learning from the tutorials and is required in view of the wide range of high quality accreditations and endorsements the programme attracts.
