Mervue United will host their Inaugural Footgolf Classic this Saturday July 15 2023 with some limited time slots still available. This novel and fun event will run all day so there will be a time to suit everyone and is open to all the public. There will be different categories to cater for all age groups.
On the day there will also be a jumble sale, cake sale and raffle with all funds raised going towards the cost of bringing the U14 and U15 girls teams to a Women’s Super League Game in Manchester or Liverpool in October 2023.
Both these teams had a really successful year on the pitch in 2022/23 with the U14 girls crowned National Trophy and Connacht Shield Champions and the U15s crowned Galway League and Championship Cup winners.
