O’Donnellan & Joyce launches July live stream auction

The next O’Donnellan & Joyce live stream auction of 2023 is set to take place on Friday, July 21 at 12 noon. July’s mix of auction properties for sale include DIY opportunities, country homes and urban pads in Galway city centre.

Colm O’Donnellan said: “The July auction catalogue has some properties of tremendous value, with plenty of variety to suit investors and first-time buyers, particularly in Galway city and county, where there are a number of properties in prime locations.”

The July 21 auction will be streamed live on the company website www.odj.ie from 12 noon with auctioneer Colm O’Donnellan overseeing the proceedings and taking bids from pre-registered telephone, internet and proxy bidders. The digital auction room is available for all to enter and watch.
