DNG Martin O’Connor, based in Moycullen, was the winner of the prestigious Michael Glynn Marketer of the Year Award sponsored by Millar Signs, which is awarded to the branch that demonstrated best professional practices for marketing.

The conference and awards ceremony was attended by more than 150 delegates from offices throughout the country where a range of topics from Ireland’s property market outlook to DNG’s recent partner affiliation with Hampton International and the role of DNG in the residential and commercial sectors, were discussed. Delegates were entertained by guest speaker Ireland Rugby legend and La Rochelle coach, Ronan O’Gara.

The awards celebrate the hard work carried out across the DNG Network and recognise the successes of individuals within the organisation, rewarding the high standards of service, business acumen and professionalism that are demonstrated in each DNG branch.

Established in 2005, DNG Martin O’Connor is a multidisciplinary agency involved in residential, commercial, and agricultural sales, lettings, property management as well as valuations for all purposes including probate, property transfer, divorce, and taxation.

Some successful recent sales include lot one in Attirowerty in Letterfrack, which sold last month, and included an old cottage and shed ruins on a plot of land of c10.72 acres. Wth a starting price of €150,000, O'Connor achieved a sales price of €267,000 on the day of the online auction.

There continues to be significant demand for land in all areas of Connemara and DNG Martin O’Connor is currently in the process of preparing for its upcoming online auction which will be taking place on July 20.
