The fifth annual Atlantic Lifeboat Swim is taking place on Saturday July 1 starting at Rinville Pier in Oranmore.
Entries are now open for swimmers who would like to Try-A-Swim (400m ) or challenge themselves to a 2km swim in this unique part of Galway Bay.
The swim is in aid of the Galway RNLI Lifeboat Station and Oranmore Maree Coastal Search Unit with all the proceeds going to both organisations with €20,000 raised todate.
