WHAT HAS BEEN THE HAPPIEST TIME OF YOUR LIFE? Our wedding day in August 2021. Myself and Pam got married in the Galway Cathedral and had our reception in Glenlo Abbey. It was held during Covid with 100 guests. It was a really special day with our family, neighbours and close friends.
WHERE WAS YOUR MOST ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY? Our honeymoon in Dubai and the Maldives. That trip will be hard to beat. A good friend’s wedding in Tampa, Florida deserves a mention too - another brilliant trip.
WHO WOULD YOU MOST LIKE TO BE STUCK IN A LIFT WITH? Paschal Donohoe - a man of great influence with a large surplus to distribute. I’d be telling him to give us our fair share here in Galway
