O’Malley Construction, Galway city’s leading builders, opened two major developments last weekend on the eastern and western side to the general public with several showhouses and apartments on view.
Leargán, which is situated three miles west of the city centre, is a mixed development of stylish apartments and townhouses located just off the Western Distributor Road with prices starting at €295,000 for a two-bedroom townhouse. Also opened on the same day was the development at Boireann Bheag where O’Malley Construction officially launched the new duplex townhouses at €340,000. Enormous crowds flocked to both developments to see the new showhouses on view. Both developments feature majestic views of Galway Bay and the surrounding coastline.
Leargán is set on an elevated site on the Western Distributor Road. The development contains a variety of townhouses and apartments overlooking large green areas which are magnificently landscaped. There are several different house types and apartments for buyers to choose from, particularly for first time buyers who were out in abundance and were amazed at the tremendous value, in particular for the two and three-bedroom townhouses. Also on the day there were a number of interested parties viewing the four-bed end of terrace homes which were priced at €375,000.
Boireann Bheag is located three miles from Galway city off the main Galway/Dublin road. This is a mixed development of apartments and townhouses and had several showhouses and apartments on view. O’Malley Construction launched the three-bedroom duplex townhouses which feature a lounge/dining room with double doors onto a balcony which boasts breathtaking views over Galway Bay. The separate kitchen is finished to the highest of standards with quality fixtures and fittings. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms with en suite off the master bedroom and a separate bathroom suite.
Also at Boireann Bheag, O’Malley Construction launched two-bedroom townhouses at €285,000. There was enormous interest in sales, particularly from first time buyers. A large number of showhouses and show apartments at Leargán and Boireann Bheag will remain open this Sunday between 2.30pm and 5pm.
O’Malley Construction has linked up with Bank of Ireland and O’Donnellan & Joyce Financial Services to organise finance for buyers where up to 90 per is available to suitable applicants.
