Coláiste Chiaráin girls claimed U14 Connacht championship with a resounding success over St Joseph's Charlestown in Bekan.
It was an impressive display from the local school side with excellent scores from Laura Glennon (1-10 ), Emma Timlin (1-1 ) and Katie Dolan, Erin McManus, Anna Kelly, Sarah Kate Goode scoring individual points.
The coaching staff and team expressed huge thanks to all the supporters who travelled to the Bekan. This concludes an excellent year for the U14 gaelic football team from Coláiste Chiaráin. The panel of 45 girls have trained hard since October with their coaches, Ms Sarah Dolan, Ms Emma Treacy and Ms Lauralee Walsh. All members of the squad have played a great part in their ultimate success throughout the year.
