For a more intimate gathering choose from one of the hotel’s versatile private dining spaces which can range in capacity from the most intimate space, which can host 20 people, to the largest space which can accommodate 120 guests. The team can tailor a menu to your specific requirements.

Dillisk on the Docks serves lunch/brunch Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 5pm, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm. Dinner menu is available Monday to Wednesday 5pm to 9pm and Thursday to Sunday 5pm to 9.30pm.

The hotel also runs an early bird menu Sunday to Thursday from 5pm to 7pm, which includes starters and mains for €26.
