Letting service includes advertising properties, sourcing and screening tenants, checking references, arranging contracts, transferring utilities, and ensuring the property is handed to the tenant in excellent condition. In addition, the company offers a monthly management service which includes rent collection, property inspections, and ensuring maintenance works are carried out.
The experienced team monitor incoming rent, check references, update landlords, liaise on tenant issues, and ensure smooth running of a tenancy. It’s important that all correct paperwork and legal documents are in place for each tenancy.
