Lexus Galway has won the Lexus Retailer of the Year award which was presented recently by Lexus Ireland.
The Retailer of the Year is a national award that recognises leading performance across several key performance indicators on both the sales and aftersales business.
In addition, Lexus Ireland says it recognises all Lexus Galway’s team members' “relentless focus” on delivering “great customer experiences”.
The brand calls this ‘Omotenashi’, a Japanese philosophy, which is unique to Lexus, of treating a customer like they are a guest in their home.
Lexus Galway sales manager Enda Brennan commented:“We are delighted to win the Lexus Retailer of the Year award recognising our excellent customer service in both sales and aftersales.
