Ireland's longest running comedy competition, 'Show Me The Funny', (sponsored by Bulmers Cider ), continues!
Next Monday February 13, ten new Irish comics will take to the stage in the penultimate heat of Ireland's biggest comedy competition.
"The standard of competitors has risen year on year, and it's safe to say that the future of Irish comedy is in good hands" says host and MC, Gerry Mallon.
"Any one of the heat winners thus far would not be out of place on the comedy stage at Electric Picnic," he adds.
Two more comedians will make it through to the Grand Final on Monday February 27, where the eventual winner will earn a potentially career changing slot at the already sold out EP festival. Special guest act on the night will be the rapidly rising Cork sensation Mike Morgan, who was the 2019 SMTF winner.
The show is on in the Kings Head Bar. Tickets are €5 and will include a free pint of Bulmers Cider.
