Galway businesswomen came out in their droves last week to kick off the year ahead for Network Galway the association for women in business.
Under the leadership of Suzanne Ryan, President of the Network Galway for 2023, a full schedule of events was outlined in the Connacht Hotel with more than 100 attendees at the event.
Network provides opportunities for women in business to collaborate, support and learn from each other across all sectors of business, life, and work.
The new committee members for the year ahead were introduced and details were announced of the many programmes on offer to include free mentorship, Businesswoman of the Year Awards and many local initiatives.
The next event is a Minute at the Mic on February 8th at 7pm in the Galway City Distillery on Merchants Road with refreshment and food provided by Trieste Café and Wine Bar.
Previous winners of the awards spoke to the attendees about the personal and professional benefits they had received since winning the awards locally and nationally.
Suzanne Ryan was happy to announce COPE Galway as the Charity Partner for the year ahead, providing much needed resources and fundraising opportunities across the city and county to various service users.
