Cultural hub for contemporary art and design, Outset Gallery, is delighted to announce their last curated group exhibition of 2022 – Materialists.
Located in the heart of Galway City around the corner from Charlie Byrne's, the space comprises of Outset Gallery and Outset Design, acting as a one stop shop for art, framing, design, interiors, botany, supplies, education and events. Their focus is to showcase the most exciting contemporary art and to provide a platform for both emerging and established artists nationally and internationally to show work in the cultural capital of the west.
Their latest exhibition "Materialists" will feature a diverse line-up of visual artists based in Ireland & UK exploring different materials, mediums and methods resulting in colourful and bold wall-based work that blurs the line between painting, installation and sculpture. The exhibition will feature new works that are exclusive to Outset Gallery from:

The exhibition will be curated by Outset Gallery Co-Director Tom McLean. The launch event is this Friday 11 November at 6pm, at which there'll be a DJ and refreshments! Tickets are free, but booking in advance is encouraged.
"Materialists" will be running from 11 to 27 November. Outset Gallery is open Wed-Sat 10-5.30 & Sun 12-5.
