Brides to be from Ballyconneely to Ballymoe in need of a bit of blusher know who to call. Sandra Mullin from Tuam is the business when it comes to make-up. Travelling the county in her 2007 Ford Focus, 5 door petrol hatch packed with foundations, lashes, brushes and a sprinkling of glitter.
Current Car. 07 Ford Focus, 5 door 1.4 petrol. Christened "Bridie", her fifth car since she started out driving with an Opel Corsa, twenty years ago. After a string of bangers Sandra's Dad convinced her to get the Focus in 2015. It's become her "old reliable" ever since.
Favourite Journey. Anywhere along the Wild Atlantic Way. As an avid sea swimmer, Sandra clocks up the kilometres seeking out new shores to swim. She confesses to avoiding motorways in favour of country roads.
Soundtrack When the ignition key clicks, the tunes kick in. 80s and 90s all the way. No talk radio, no news, no sports. It's just Classic Hits FM and Sandra belting out the hits.
Perfect Passenger Any one (or all ) of her three children who always add a bit of fun to a trip.
Dream Chauffeur. As a 90s fan Sandra admits she wouldn't mind Robbie Williams asking "where to, next" She's off to see the showman in concert at the end of the month.
Lotto Win Car Not the glamour or glitz you might expect with a Lambo or Merc, No. Sandra says if she picks the magic numbers she will stick with Ford. Maybe Bridie's all electric daughter The Ford Mustang. What ever it will be, it will have a bright blue badge, Wham booming out of the speakers and heading to a beach along the Wild Atlantic Way.
