Bru Theatre are looking for singers for a new project this September. In collaboration with the Town Hall Theatre and composer Katie Richardson, Bru are looking for people who like to sing to join them in creating an exciting, cross cultural community choir performance this September.
They would love to work with singers of all levels, from all walks of life, and from the many different communities living in the city and county.
Birds of No Feather will collide electronic music, choral voice, group movement and solo dance, as the piece explores shelter- those who need it and those who guard it.
Co-created by director James Riordan and Belfast based choir master, composer and performer Katie Richardson (Hex Hue ) rehearsal will take place over one week in Galway this September from Saturday Sept 10th-Thursday Sept 15th with a public sharing in St Nicholas’ Church, Galway on Sept 16th at 7pm.
