A feast for the senses at the Olive Tree Kitchen

The Olive Tree Kitchen at Wildlands in Moycullen has launched a new menu for the summer season. This spacious, light filled, restaurant offers the best seat in the house with a panoramic view of the park’s ziplines and aerial trekking courses, set on over 20 acres of mature woodland, just 10 minutes from Galway city.

Head chef Richard Casburn’s nourishing lunch and evening menus champion locally sourced and home-grown ingredients. The signature firebrick pizzas are cooked in front of you in a traditional Neapolitan oven and topped with the finest, freshest, local ingredients to give you Italian pizza with a Wild Atlantic Way twist. The covered outdoor terrace area is the perfect setting to enjoy a coffee, or a cocktail from an extensive drinks menu. Pastry chef and baker Mary Faherty’s freshly baked pastries and sweet treats are also available to enjoy all day with award winning Irish Fixx Coffee.

There are wholesome vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, along with a healthy child-friendly menu for little ones to fuel their adventures. The Olive Tree Kitchen is open from 9am to 8pm Thursday to Sunday. No activity or park reservation is required. Takeout is also available. Visit www.wildlands.ie/eat for more information.
