This Valentine’s Day, Tribe Irish Gin has the perfect cocktail to prepare for that special someone in your life . The Tribe Tickler, created by mixologist Jamie McCabe and inspired by the aphrodisiac qualities of fig, almond, and ginger, is sure to get hearts racing and set the mood for the evening ahead.
The Tribe Tickler
Ingredients
40ml Tribe Irish Gin
15ml Aelred fig liqueur
10ml Monin orgeat syrup
25ml lemon juice
20ml egg whites
1 dash of salt solution
1 small coin of fresh ginger
Method
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake and double strain into a cold coupe.
Garnish with a few drops of Peychauds Bitters on the foam, run a toothpick through them to create a heart effect to finish.
If you prefer a little fizz, add a drop of soda water or Champagne.
