STANFORD concerts to take place in person and online throughout this weekend

MUSIC FOR Galway’s midwinter festival, Stanford, takes place this weekend, and all shows in the Town Hall Theatre will be live streamed as well as in person.

The festival explores the work, influences, and legacy of Sir Charles Villiers Stanford, one of Ireland’s greatest composers. The concerts take place tomorrow (6pm ), Saturday (6pm ), and Sunday (11am and 3pm, with film screenings at 6.15pm ).
