CONNEMARA, and the wild Atlantic coastline, are the inspirations behind the works in a new exhibition from the Galway artist, Aoife Welby.
Entitled Draíocht na Mara, each piece featured in this exhibition is an expression by the artist of her response to the landscapes of Connemara the the Burren, and each seeks to inspire the viewer to appreciate and reflect on our natural landscape.
Aoife Welby is a special education teacher with a specialised interest in emotional wellbeing and communication skills.
