As a successful graduate with Merit Medical, you will join the two-year Graduate Development Programme which begins in January 2022.
The Programme offers structured rotations (typically 3 rotations ), challenging assignments and exposure to different aspects of their business. Throughout the Programme, you will be provided with real responsibilities and a range of activities to ensure your knowledge of Merit Medical's business and your technical skills and experience are developed. You will be involved in various aspects of our business to grow your knowledge and skills in all aspects of this dynamic sector including Engineering, Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs.
About You!
You will have successfully completed a BSc, BEng or Master’s degree in any of the following fields:
- Engineering
- Regulatory Affairs
- Science
You will demonstrate excellent knowledge within your chosen discipline.
You will have strong analysis, judgement, and problem-solving skills.
Most importantly, you need strong interpersonal and team working skills; you need to work collaboratively with colleagues.
You also need strong communication skills and show drive to achieve ambitious performance objectives and quality standards.
