CHRIS HAZE, the Galway vocalist, songwriter, and producer, is about to release a cover of the Frankie Goes To Hollywood classic, ‘The Power Of Love’.
The single is released tomorrow, Friday November 5, via Remody Records, and Chris has also partnered with Triller, the American video-sharing social networking service, to launch the #SpreadTheLove campaign, which is designed to raise awareness of, and challenge online hate and toxicity.

‘The Power Of Love’ will be featured in one of the platform’s playlists with the hashtag #SpreadTheLove. The idea is to get Haze's fans using the official cover of 'The Power Of Love' on the platform while posting videos about people of the things they would like to show more love to. All videos will show up on the same campaign page where others can watch and interact, generating positive online and social media use.
“This song is special for me because, not only is it an amazing composition, but it was one of the first songs I learned on guitar,” says Chris. “This release will mark the start of a whole new sound and style from me.
“It's not just a cover, it's my adaptation of a classic in my own way. I did my best to pull out all the stops on this one and added a modern feel to a classic. I wrote, composed, performed every instrument, produced, engineered, mixed and mastered this version.”
