The Maldron Hotel Sandy Road recently acknowledged its longest serving staff for their work and dedication to the hotel over the years.
Both accommodation manager Joy McLeod and head chef Marcin Kania have worked at the hotel for 15 years, while bar supervisor Tommy O’Donnell has been employed for 10 years.
General manager Siobhan Burke, is immensely proud of the contribution all three have made to the success of the hotel.
"The hotel is very committed to developing its team and promoting from within," she says. "As part of its continued commitment to this, and despite the difficulties of the past 18 months, internal promotions have been to the forefront with a number of staff promoted in all departments of the hotel.
