Celebrating five years in business with a fresh approach

The pandemic has altered life as we know it, in some cases, for the better. Busy mum of four, Galway trainer, nutrition therapist, and women’s health expert Jess Keniston, has worked to make healthy living easier, whatever the restrictions.

Founder of Flow by Fittsteps app and owner of Fittsteps Training in Craughwell, she did not slow down during the pandemic, instead ramping up online classes, offering more and more value to her loyal clients and putting the finishing touches to this new app.

“Teaching classes online was only supposed to be a short-term solution, but my members are loving the convenience of getting their favourite sessions in at home and still seeing real results," she said. "I designed the Flow app to go a step further and help women work with their bodies, find time for themselves, and take the stress out of exercise and nutrition. A commitment of 10 minutes per day will make a positive, measurable, impact on your body and mind – any time from anywhere.”

The Flow by Fittsteps Training app considers the different phases of your hormone cycle, so you can learn to understand your body's natural state better and give it what it needs.

If you need the live class feel all memberships give unlimited live online class access, the choice is yours.
