Start the autumn season by joining a French class at the French Institute, Galway's French school, located in the historic Bridge Mills right in the heart of the city. The friendly staff members are all fully qualified, very experienced, and native, thus ensuring all students are immersed in an authentic linguistic and cultural experience.
The institute proposes courses for adults at four levels: beginners, improvers, intermediate, and advanced. The classes will be either in the morning or the evening. They can be a good preparation for your next travel experience. Do not hesitate to take a free test online to determine your level.
With the special secondary school course, from first year to Leaving Cert, students can be helped for school and exams in small groups to improve their French skills for the best results. These classes will take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
The institute also proposes classes for children (Fun Introduction to French for four to seven year olds, and Preparation to Secondary School for eight to 12 years ). These will take place every Saturday, Children will be engaged in active learning while having fun.
Classes are offered online and in-premises at all levels, following Covid-19 health recommendations with sanitary pass for adults, contact list, and small classes.
The school also proposes language immersion programmes for all ages and all levels in beautiful Nice, as well as ‘school in France’ and standard exchange programmes for secondary school students.
