3 KINDS Of Music, the Galway Music Residency’s multi-genre concert series returns with an online weekender of classical, jazz, folk and trad.
3 Kinds of Music takes place at 1pm daily on Facebook and YouTube on Friday August 20, Saturday 21, and Sunday 22. The shows are curated by Matthew Berrill.
Friday 20 promises an exciting set by sean nós dancer Emma O’Sullivan, with Shane Fahy (guitar and voice ) and Ronan Flaherty (fiddle ). On Saturday, the ConTempo Quartet, with cellist Aoife Burke, will perform a lively Boccherini quintet. Sunday will see County Galway singer-songwriter, Niamh Regan, joined by ConTempo, Aoife Burke, and Matthew Berrill.
