Venice Restaurant will reopen for dining on July 5, just in time to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The popular Italian restaurant is currently open for takeaway and the team are looking forward to welcoming diners back to the newly renovated interior next month.
Ilirjan Bega, owner and head chef, opened Venice in 2011 and the restaurant moved to a larger premises in Lower Abbeygate Street in 2017. Since closing during the lockdown the restaurant has a complete new look interior, but the same friendly welcome awaits when it reopens.
The familiar faces of the team in Venice Restaurant remain, along with the menu, all made with fresh, seasonal, ingredients. With no price change from 2020 and an extensive wine list there has never been a better time to discover this authentic Italian gem.
Venice offers the best of Italian cuisine, specialising in pasta, pizza, meat and fish dishes, with 90 per cent of all sauces gluten free and all dining options can be altered to suit diners with food intolerances.

Venice Restaurant is open Monday to Sunday 12.30 to 10pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 12 noon .
