US IT company to create 25 new jobs in Galway

Asset management company, Oomnitza, will be hiring across engineering and product roles

A total of 25 new jobs will be created over the next three years, after Oomnitza announced the establishment of its European Headquarters in Galway.

Oomnitza, headquartered in San Francisco, is an IT asset management platform designed to provide organisations with a solution to track and manage assets. The company is hiring across engineering and product roles.

The news has been welcomed by the Galway Chamber. Chamber president, JP Gilmartin, said the announcement was “another vote of confidence for Galway” and a “testament to the talent and capability” of the region. “It demonstrates Galway’s ability in attracting new investment,” he said, “and the commitment of IDA Ireland in securing roles in the western region.”
