Over The Edge to launch next issue of Skylight 47

Award-winning poet Grace Wells to launch ‘possibly Ireland's most interesting poetry publication’

AWARD WINNING poet, Grace Wells, will next week launch the next issue of Skylight 47, “possibly Ireland's most interesting poetry publication”.

The launch will be hosted by Over The Edge and take place via Zoom on Thursday May 13 at 6.30pm. Contributors to this issue of Skylight 47 will read their work, and there will also be a reading from Grace Wells. The MC will be Susan Millar DuMars.

Grace Wells was born in London in 1968, and moved to Ireland in 1991.Her debut children’s novel Gyrfalcon (2002 ), won the Eilís Dillon Best Newcomer Award. Her debut poetry collection, When God Has Been Called Away To Greater Things (2010 ), won the Rupert and Eithne Strong Best First Collection Award. She is working on a new poetry collection.
