SEANN WALSH, described by the London Evening Standard as “one of comedy’s hottest properties” and “one of the most entertaining observational comics on the block" by The Independent, headlines the next online Comedy KARLnival.
The Comedy KARLnival takes place on Friday April 30, with Seann Walsh;s set coming live from London, while live from the Róisín Dubh will be Andrew Ryan, Fabu-D, Therese Cahill, and Karl Spain.
Seann Walsh wanted to be a stand-up comedian from the age of 10. In this show, he tells us how he got here, from growing up in Brighton, to gathering a slew of TV credits and glowing reviews, to becoming a tabloid villain. He will also mix some of his best loved routines with new, and candid, stories from the last 10 years.
He has appeared on Live At The Apollo, The Jonathan Ross Show, Tonight at The London Palladium, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, and Alan Carr’s Chatty Man.
Corkonian Andrew Ryan’s storytelling abilities and cheeky, friendly, demeanour makes him a natural observational stand-up. He has performed on Russell Howard’s Good News, Edinburgh Comedy Fest Live, and Comedy Central at The Comedy Store. The EdFest Mag called him “hilarious”, while Timeout declared, “going to be a huge star”.
Fabu D is a comedian, MC, entertainer, and actor, born in Nigeria, and based in Dublin. His videos have amassed more than 150 million views online. He has featured on The Lad Bible, The Wall of Comedy, Unilad, and World Star Hip-Hop.
Therese Cahill is a comic, singer, songwriter, actress, writer, mother, former life model, and reluctant temp! With the cheekiest of grins, she reels off songs written somewhere deep within a slightly corrupt yet (mostly ) harmless mind, all done with the smile that would win over even the most hardened of psychopaths.
