SIX STORYTELLERS and writers, from Galway, Ireland, and abroad, will read poems and discuss the inspiration behind the work, in an online event for Poetry Day Ireland.
‘The Path To The Poem’, hosted by Galway storytelling collective Moth & Butterfly, and supported by Poetry Ireland, takes place on Thursday April 29 at 7.30pm.
Niceol Blue, Peter Chand, Nuala Hayes, Charles Leggett, Liz Weir, and Moth & Butterfly founder, Órla McGovern. Each will read a poem, explain their choice, and examine what inspired the poem itself. It will be streamed via Moth & Butterfly's YouTube channel.
