O’Donnellan & Joyce auctioneers, based at 5 Mary Street, Galway, will take to the internet tomorrow, Friday April 16, at 12 noon with its latest live stream property auction. With nearly 30 lots on offer, the company expects a busy day of buying and selling with the varied catalogue including residential and commercial property as well as a number of attractive land lots. The format of tomorrow’s auction is similar to that of the February auction which yielded a success rate of 89 per cent. Senior partner Colm O’Donnellan will be on the podium in his live stream auction room. The camera will show him conducting the auction and interacting with telephone, internet, and proxy bidders as his staff take and relay bids from more than 100 registered bidders. Lot number 1 will commence at 12 noon and the live stream will be available to view on the company website, its social media channels, and on the Galway Advertiser website www.advertiser.ie You can log on and watch the countdown to the live event from 11.30am onwards, and those intending to purchase on the day are reminded to log in and enter their password to enable their bidder panel. If you are telephone bidding, you will receive a call from your representative phone bidder as your lot is about to commence.

Registering to bid at the O’Donnellan & Joyce live stream property auction is very simple. Visit the company website www.odonnjoyce.com, click ‘register to bid’, and fill in your personal details. You can choose telephone or internet bidding and you can select the lots that you intend to purchase. You will be required to pay a €5,000 bidding deposit via credit or debit card. Once registered with the auction team, you will receive a further email with details on how to place your bid on auction day. It is important to note that you will not be permitted to bid on any lot unless your bidder security deposit is received by the auctioneer prior to the auction starting.
