Mick Flannery - live from the Róisín Dubh

Singer-songwriter to perform in Galway as part of ‘Mick's Virtual Tour of Ireland’

MARKING ONE year since live music venues closed their doors had to close their doors due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Mick Flannery is showcasing a nine-venue virtual tour of Ireland.

‘Mick's Virtual Tour of Ireland’ takes place between March 18 and 28 and will see the great Cork singer-songwriter play on the stage of the venue, then stream the performances online.

The Galway show takes place at the Róisín Dubh on Saturday March 27 at 9.30pm, and the performance will include Mick playing covers of some of his favourite songs.

In December 2020, the Department of Culture, and Minister Catherine Martin supported the venues, crews, and musicians getting back to work for a short window of time. The performances for this tour were recorded in safely controlled environments during that month.

The venues on this tour have given Mick critical support throughout his career, and 50 per cent of all ticket sales will go directly to some of these venues that still remain closed.
