Galway and Roscommon Education and Training Board (GRETB ) has launched an online course in customer service aimed at employers wishing to upskill workers during the lockdown.
Under the Government funded Skills to Advance initiative, employers can avail of this fully funded training to improve their employees' skill levels and also improve customer service standards within their business.
This online programme in customer service will provide staff with valuable skills covering topics such as consumer legislation, customer service challenges, and teamwork and wellbeing in customer service.
The course is designed to provide accessible training solutions to fit around busy schedules with classes two evenings per week from 7pm to 8.30pm, Mondays and Thursdays, over 11 weeks commencing February 22.
