Owner Richard Hartmann says: “Of course we are fully aware that this year is very difficult for people to plan their Valentine's day engagements. Sadly we can’t welcome customers in store to have the full engagement ring experience, but we are happy for anyone who purchases a ring online during the lockdown to do so safe in the knowledge that when the store does reopen we will be available and happy to take appointments to come in with the purchased ring and look through the full collection with an option to exchange at no cost.
“During the last lockdown we were able to meet customers by appointment but this time round we can only do purchases online or over the phone. Anyone who does take the decision to buy online or over the phone will be welcome to change or exchange when we reopen.”
Hartmanns last year opened its new private engagement ring suite and has the biggest selection of diamond engagement rings in the west.
