Galwaywoman Pamela Finn has been named as a finalist in the upcoming Digital Business Awards, beating off stiff competition from over 300 entries.
The inaugural DBI awards are designed to celebrate the best of digital businesses in Ireland. The entrepreneur and TV presenter, alongside her business partner Jacinta Collins founded video media agency Hashtag Media in 2017.
Since then they have won Top 100 Companies in Ireland, Digital Innovator of the year in 2019 and most recently they have been confirmed as finalists in the ‘Women In Digital Media’ category of Digital Business Ireland’s awards which recognise the best digital and innovation businesses in Ireland while celebrating talent across the industry.
Hashtag launched Social TV - TV designed for social media, in Los Angeles last year. It continues to grow in strength, with the video media company announced as broadcast partner for World Skills Ireland earlier this month.
Pamela said ‘’time, energy, commitment, positivity and creativity are important in business today. It is great to be recognised, as we continue to merge mainstream television with social media,” she said.
The award winners will be announced on January 22 2021.
